Kiosks in the lobby were easy to use and dispensed room keys. The sole maintenance issue, a plugged toilet, was promptly resolved. Besides, those types of appliances in a room attract bugs because many guests are slobs. Our room didn’t have a microwave or fridge big deal, it was squeaky clean and had plush, comfy beds. Special priced rooms were already all gone when we called to reserve a room, but hotel staff gave us an age 50+ guest discount that was practically equal to the rate negotiated with Herbalife. We were here for an Herbalife business seminar. Resort fees, parking fees, this fee and that fee, blah blah blah…clandestine fingers in your pocket are to be expected in a tourist trap city. After reading many whiny reviews bashing the hotel, written by a legion of Karen’s, I decided to be upbeat and objective.
